1. When you decide to donate in our server, you are not eligible for a refund, and also reversal is also not an option. Paypal reversal will get your account banned automatically.
2. When you accidently bought wrong items in our gamecp then asking for a VP refund also not allowed, its became your responsibillity.
3. If you get hacked by another person or a pilot, its not our responsibility to give you back whatever items you lost also your account.
4. You must to make sure that your account is safe, but if you still want to doing pilot then share your account at your own risk.
5. We are not responsible for any change to your account that not made by us (Staff COSMIC ERA) such as accidently drop an worthy item to somewhere, sold an item on npc, or accidently delete your character.
